The platform

One system, not seven that nearly talk to each other.

A quote becomes a booking, a booking becomes a payment plan, a payment plan becomes a consultant's sales number. Those are the same records throughout, which is why the numbers agree.

How it is built

Worth knowing, because it is what determines how fast things can be fixed and how safely your data is kept.

A single backend

One Go service over PostgreSQL. Business rules live there, not in the browser, so a rule cannot be worked around by a different client.

A single dashboard

One Next.js application your staff sign into, with role-based access deciding what each of them can see.

Audited changes

Administrative actions are written to an audit log with who did them and when. Useful the day a figure is disputed.

Documents generated, not typed

Quotations, invoices, receipts and itineraries are produced from the records, so they cannot disagree with the system that made them.

Reporting

The numbers agree because they are the same numbers.

Most reporting disputes are two systems holding different copies of the same fact.
  • A quote becomes a booking, a booking becomes a payment plan, a payment plan becomes a consultant's sales figure.
  • No exports between systems, so there is no step where two answers can drift apart.
  • Roles decide who sees margin: what the business makes is a narrower audience than the people selling.

On your data being yours

This is the part we will not dress up. Today the platform runs one agency — ours. The work to let a second agency run alongside it, with records that are completely separate and enforced as separate in the database rather than merely hidden in the interface, is in progress and is the gate on opening this up.

We are telling you because it is the question you should be asking, and because an agency's customer list and financial records are not something to take on trust from a marketing page.

Pilot agencies will go on once that isolation is built and tested, and we would rather talk to you now and be straight about the timing than sell you a date.

Ask us the hard questions

Bring the ones about your data, your migration and what happens if you leave. Those are the right questions and we would rather answer them early.
